Need help as suddenly my Versa cant be discovered by my Android Samsung S9 phone. Tried everything incl speaking to Fitbit support staff and eventually landed on sorry theres nothing we can do and the warranty has expired.
Restored factory setting on Versa today and was asked to download the fitbit app. However the Versa cant be discovered to perform the setup.
Is there a centre I can send my Fitbit app to in Malaysia

Currently, there is no Fitbit center in Malaysia.
Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.12.1). If you haven't done it already, please uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app from your Samsung S9. You can download the app from this site.
Whether doesn't work, you can try setting up your watch on a computer or a different mobile device.
