Pin broke off band and stuck in Vera watch

I took the band off and one of the pins broke off inside the watch. Have no idea how That happened. I’m not happy with the design. I need to get the small pin out of the hole in the watch to be able to attach the new band. Anyone know a fix for this? If I can’t fix it I have a $200 useless watch. Thanks!

Hi @sordonez - Others have had success taking the device to a jeweler or watch repair place. They have the tools to remove the pin.

I purchased an additional watch band for my Fitbit Versa lite last June through Fitbit and the pin  recently broke. I guess I can take it to the jeweller, but what if it can't be fixed. Seems like a design flaw to me!
