Hi.
My versa watch locked and stated that I had to unlock the watch with my phone. I went to device lock and changed the pin but got the "Error connecting to Versa" message.
I then followed some of the suggestions in other posts - deleted my wallet, pressed the 3 buttons to reset, etc.. the same error keeps occurring. I then read to delete the versa from the app and reconnect it. Which I did.
However now, I can't do the set up as it asks for the pin showing on the versa watch itself which I can't see due to the phone being locked.
Please help. I don't know what to do now and am getting very frustrated with it all.

Hi, within the Fitbit app, press the account icon on top of the Dashboard screen next to the watch icon. Go to Privacy, press that and go to Security login and then to Change Password and, after typing in your "old pincode", change it to new one twice and press save. Hope this helps.
