This is the second time I charged my Versa and the pin on one of the wrist bands is stuck inside. Any tips to getting it unstuck?

Hey @Griffgirl8, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community!
If you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit watch with your paired phone.
To unlock your watch with your phone:
Note that after you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Fitbit Pay as if you were setting it up for the first time.
Let me know how it goes!

To unlock your watch with your phone:
- From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon
- Tap or click Device Lock.
- Find the option to reset your PIN code.

Sounds like they are referring to a band pin, not the pin code.

I've heard that problem before, probably, I'm afraid your only solution is to cut it. With the proper tool (like pliers), it's not difficult to do so since I't will most likely be made of aluminium.
