I wrongly assumed that Pixel and Pixel XL included Pixel 2 in terms of compatibility with the versa.. I am devastated as I have now got a watch that half the features that drew me to it don't work!! I have seen that a few have managed to get some stuff to work but after hours of trying I give up. 

 

I bought in Argos today and they don't return as it's not faulty and it's opened. Can you return direct to fitbit... It really should be highlighted that it is not compatible

i dont have a pixel 2 so i dont really know but i would try to call fitbit. or you can try to reset it be pressing the side button and the bottom left
