I have a Versa, and a Plantronics Backbeat Fit BT headset.  It pairs easily. And sounds great.  But, when running, it drops for a second or two, about every minute.  I disabled BT on my phone, and there is nothing else around.  I am confused.,  Any thoughts?

Hey @Bill_K_irvine, welcome aboard! Robot Very Happy Don't you worry, let me suggest you a couple of things to try to fix this issue. First of all, please restart your Versa by following these instructions: 

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

After restarting your watch, please unpair and pair your Plantronics Backbeat Fit BT headset again.
