Playing music through bluetooth headphones

So on my versa 2 I have set up Spotify and connected my Bluetooth headphones but when I try to play music, the sound still comes out of my phone. Anybody know how to fix this? 🙂

That is because Spotify plays through the phone. You will need to attach the headphones to your phone @ConnieStokes

I can’t actually add my headphones keeps saying no device found. I’ve turned off Bluetooth on phone for the headphones how can I get this sorted please?

Is the headphones in discover mode?

I don’t know how to check this as I just turn the headphones on and they are recognised on my iPhone. They are taitronics wireless headphones I might need to do some research
