Please Add a check for firmware update somewhere, anywhere

I'm baffled at why neither on the watch or the app there isn't a check for latest firmware? I can't install the Spo2 watchface b/c it says I need to have latest OS and App. My app is up to date and from what I can I believe my watch is not up to date. The documentation for updating the firmware is beyond bad. It basically boils down to cross your fingers that your watch finds an update and downloads and installs it. Why do you not have a check for update button anywhere? Also your OS numbering scheme is a hot mess. One thread I saw people were getting yelled at for including the 38 or 35 or not including either number. Even in the related topics it says Fitbit OS 5.1-  firmware release. Why is that NOT in the watch or the app? Why does it have to be so nebulous?

Check for ... update

Though it doesn't work most of the time. It just says up to date, even if there is a newer version out. You still have to check manually to be sure.

The 38 or 35 refers to the watch model

The 72.1.9 refers to the latest firmware level corresponding to the relevant OS release or update level

That's part of the problem. Why does a check for update produce  no updates when there is clearly one. It's not that big of a deal but I can't download the Spo2 watch face b/c I don't have the latest update. Well, if I can't' force the download or manually update my watch by plugging it into my computer, then don't deny me the ability to download a watchfacae. This update process is just dumb.
