It is my humble request to Fitbit Team to kindly add One Plus 6T and One Plus 7 Series models to your list of Supported Devices as we all are having a serious issue in receiving notifications and syncing the watch.

 

It is my first experience with Fitbit and its not going well as i am not able to enjoy the full potential of my watch.

 

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Hi @Devershi94 , place your request in the Feature Suggestions Board. One can vote for it then and the more votes it gets, the more likely it will be the development team has a look on it. Regards kuzibri
