I have a Versa and Oppo r11 but they aren't compatible. To sync is frustrating and can only be done by unpairing, re-pairing and quickly syncing as connection won't hold. I can't get any notifications because of this. Oppo is fast giving IPhone and Samsung a run, please add to compatibility list, just an issue with maintaining connection, should be easy fix?

Hey @Shel13, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! This phone model, the Oppo R11, as you mentioned, isn't on the compatible devices list, and to be completely honest with you, I don't know if it is gonna be added and if so, when it is gonna be. On the other hand, I appreciate that you are trying some tips to make it work.
In the meantime, you can also try to sync your watch maybe with a computer or by any chance, with another compatible device. And don't you worry, our team is always working in order to add more compatible devices. And as soon as I have updates, I will keep you posted.
Have a nice day!

This is the same for the OPPO R9 .I need to constantly turn the phone off then on to reconnect the fitbit versa to it. Very frustrating.

Welcome to the Community my friend @Meb79! The inconvenience is that this phone model, the OPPO R9 isn't on the list of compatible devices so it might not be working fine as if it was.
The main features as syncing, might work sometimes 'cause probably still under testing, and to be completely honest with you, we have no official date for this phone to be released as full compatible. However, if you are experimenting connectivity issues, I can suggest you to take a look at the instructions in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Just keep in mind that I can't guarantee that they will work.
Keep me posted if you have further questions!

considering the popularity of the Oppo devices it would be in Fitbit's best interest to add them to their supported devices list. Why restrict your product? I have just been given a Versa for my birthday, and at the moment this issue with it connecting to my phone is extremely frustrating and making me consider taking the device back and buying a different product.
