Please can the Samsung A7 2018 be added to the list of devices

I have a Fitbit Versa, but not all of us can afford the latest flagship phones from Samsung and the likes, for some of us, a mid-range or lower is the right phone budget for us but it seems we are penalized by Fitbit who seem to be marketing towards the more expensive and recent phones. 

I also don't get why we have to 'Vote' for the phones we want added, its really not fair as not everybody knows this website even exists, not everybody has access to the internet. Why do we need to vote? Wouldnt it be better to just add every phone from the major brands as they come out. 

I really want to use my fitbit again without having to feel like my phone isnt good enough just because its a mid range. Here in this community we are all trying to better ourselves and are none judging from the largest people wanting to lost shape, to the smallest trying to tone up - so why are our phones judged not good enough just because we dont have the best or latest?

Hi, does it mean that your phone is not connecting/syncing with the Versa. If yes, see how you can do that meanwhile on your Laptop. How do I setup my device and click on Trackers and Watches and the article will expand. Scroll down untill directly underneath the first video and you'll seen "Firbit Connect". Read that and it tells you how to connect your Versa to your PC/Laptop. I realize that this is not the most usable solution, but it let's you sync your data from the Versa to your Laptop/PC.

Just because your phone is not on the list doesn't mean it won't work with your FitBit. Mine is not on the list (Alcatel Raven....a TracFone) but it works just fine. Give it a try and see if you can get it to connect....if you have a newer bluetooth on your phone, it probably will.
