Where exactly are you seeing a "SickScore"?

At the top of my clock face. It gives a risk factor and when I tap it I get a number of reports of nasal congestions, coughs and allergies

I expect you are using a third-party clockface not by Fitbit; If so you would have to ask developer, or look for more details on the phone app screen where you select clocks.  I just found one called "Sickweather" with a SickScore at the top.  There is some description of it with the clock description and a link to contact developer.
