I bought a brand new Fitbit Versa 2, it came yesterday and I go to set it up as normal following the instructions and on my watch screen it has the Fitbit logo with a blue updating line I believe? It’s just about going half way and no further, I think it’s faulty as I’ve tried many ways to try and get it on but nothing is happening. Any help please?

I would kill the Fitbit app and restart the download.
