Plugging in Versa=wiping of Pandora downloads

I got a new versa and spent over eight hours trying to download Pandora stations to it. Upon my first battery charger, the Pandora stations were wiped out. How do I avoid this? Need this to say, this is very frustrating.

It sounds like the Versa has problems connecting to Pandora.

Do you see the Pandora progress bar under the battery bar?
