Previous Heart rate graphs disappeared

All my heart rate graphs before April 13th this year have disappeared now only have doted lines? My sleep graphs are still there just the heart rates have disappeared. How can i get them back? We use these to compare differences as I have heart and lung disease, the whole reason i got a fitbit in the first place......

@Katzakiora   When things like this happen, they are from an app issue, not a device issue.  Do you use an android, iPhone or windows phone?  I would like to move your issue to the correct forum.

 

Have you tried the following?

  • Delete the app
  • Restart your phone
  • Reinstall the app

That is my first step when there is an app issue.

Using iphone. If I delete app and reinstall would I lose all my fitbit records?
