Previously working versa, now says to download app again to start. What's wrong?

Have been using versa with my galaxy s5 for 1 1/2 years.  Now display will only show logo with message "To start, download  app". How do I get it working again?

Same here!  I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting, updating, hmmmm, and swearing 🤬. None of the above worked and I can’t find a number to call either! Kicker, I’ve only had mine 6 mos.
