Problem pairing watch that has been paired

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Samsung Note 8. My Versa has been paired with my phone just fine for months. But last week it stopped pairing and I get an error when I try. I've even tried a solution out there to restart the watch 3 times. No go.

BUT the watch is still synching with the app. The phone just doesn't show that it's paired.

Any advice out there? TIA

If it is syncing, I don't see the problem.  As long as it is working right, why even pay attention to whether it seems to be paired?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

The watch doesn't need to be paired to sync. The. App will pair the tracker if it needs to. Do you receive notifications enabling them will force the app to pair the tracker.

Because when it's paired it blocks the security screen that I would have to swipe to get the phone on
