Hi, since my phone did a software update yesterday, i am having problems syncing my versa. I have tried all the troubleshooting and still no joy. Is there anyone who can help.

Try to restart the band by pressing back(left) button and lower right button at a time till you see Fitbit's logo.
Restart the bluetoooth of your device and logout of fitbit app in your device and log in again in app. Now try syncing...

Try to reset the VERSA by pressing all the buttons at a time till you see the fitbit's logo
And proceed further with same steps as suggested earlier...
