Problems since holiday

Hi all,

Been loving this product for a few weeks now, really helping me to get fit and get into shape. I have however noticed an annoying problem that seems to have developed since arriving back from holiday. Well, two problems:

Active Minutes and Calories Burnt stopped being logged at 9am in the morning (when in France). After landing in the U.K, I completed a 25

minute run around 3pm, but although it is showing on my watch dashboard, it’s not syncing to my phone, and showing as 15 minutes in total today (which was the dash to the airport!)

Also - weather has stopped working! Getting the message “429 Weather Service Time Out”.

Any clues anyone???

Sounds like it is not connected or syncing right now.  Try restarting the Fitbit and your phone, and then try syncing again.

It’s tracking my steps and floors 100% accurate, and has got the right time - but the cals is 600+ out (3,758 on watch, 3,106 on app) and the active minutes way behind (61 on watch, 15 on app).

Have reset the watch a few times, restarted the app a few times, Wi-fi off and on, Bluetooth off and on... I’m stuck!

Well now @Adrian23Hall you have confirmed that the tracker is not syncing, would you be kind enough to include the name of the device, I assume it is a phone or PC, that is having the sync problem?

I have tried syncing with my iPhone, and also with the laptop. Ive attached the pictures from yesterday - the 15 mins recorded is included on the walk at 7:03am... the run at 3:38pm hasn’t been logged - it’s not logged anything since the flight home from France (10am). I had hoped it would fix overnight but it hasn’t 😞B686B130-C37F-4A89-A810-B1F3DAA7B09D.png

Try restarting the iPhone (not just turning off wifi/BT etc).  Make sure you don't have bluetooth turned on on any nearby devices.
