Problems with the versa calorie counting and hear rate

Hi, my fitbit versa isn't counting calories correctly during exercise normally when I forgot to turn a workout on it counts it anyway but the last couple of days it's only said 44 or 57 cals each time when it should be around 356 + per 45 mins also its stopped tracking heart rate to can anyone help with this as I can't get hold of support?

Very Interested in this too as mine is doing the same and is not tracking sleep either. All issues started about 11/27/19 give or take a day.

Yes mine doesn't on the watch but it does come up on the app when or if it
syncs sometimes it doesn't it comes up with a red exsplination mark!
