Pulse readings jump 30 counts above actual while exercising.  The false high reading persists for 10-15 minutes and then drops down to actual.  Looking at the graph, the changes are clearly a step change - not a gradual up and down.  This only occurs while exercising (treadmill), but not every time.

I wear my Fitbit on my non-dominant wrist with the Fitbit positioned 1 inch from the wrist joint.  The fit on my wrist is comfortable snug.

I assume you are referring to your heart rate count.  If you are, that’s pretty typical.

If you don’t believe it’s correct, I suggest using a different device to check.

I use my polar hr reader and it’s very close...

let me know if you have any questions.

Mine thinks my HR is 175, sudden change. Yes I'm exercising, but my actual heart rate is about 110 what gives? I just updated last night did that screw it up?
