I bought the Versa special edition smartwatch last year (July 2019) and absolutely love it. It is perfect for what I need it for. I was on Fitbit's website earlier and really liked the new Navy and Pink Jacquard woven band and wanted to purchase that separately for my Versa. I looked on all third party websites and could not find it, so I contacted Fitbit chat and talked to someone there directly. Unfortunately at this time I can not purchase the band separately, and even Amazon does not have it. I feel that once Fitbit has verified that you currently own a Fitbit, then they should make accommodations to support customers.
Being a Fitbit customer who already has a Fitbit Versa, I should be able to purchase just the band.

Fitbit is not the best company when it comes to customer service. They prefer to sell but customer service is way on the back burner. I agree with you if that have a band then you should be able to buy it but like I said........

Hi Ttraylor,
Thank you for your response. I am beginning to realize that Fitbit is not the best at supporting their customers. I don't think I will be buying any products from Fitbit in the future.
