Purchased an app and can't get it to work

I bought the photos app for my versa and the watch keeps telling me it's not purchased. I have looked everywhere for a solution & even did the live chat which was absolutely useless. I'm hoping the community can help...in the past, you guys have always come through for me 😉

Hi @LuvsEMS - It sounds like you purchased this from a third party. (Fitbit does not charge for its app, as far as I know) So, it would be best to contact the third party who sold it to you. If you found this app by opening the Fitbit app on your phone, then tapping Account > Versa 3 > Gallery > Apps, then you should be able to tap the photo app and find contact info for that developer. . If this does not help, then please tell us how you purchased the app.
