I purchased a watch face about 5 months ago and it has suddenly disappeared and has been replaced by this lame "watch". How do I get my purchased face back???

I would look in the watches again and see if its there.
Otherwise you need to take it up with the developer

It's not in my "gallery". It's been replaced by a back face with 3 hands - 2 white and 1 red. How do I find the developer? I purchased the face about 5 months ago!!

Just to clarify - It's disappeared from both the App and the Versa itself.

@LWooten Can you see it here? You can search by name if you remember it. If you purchased it, you should have some type of payment confirmation. Perhaps there's contact info there. If the clockface was still the main Fitbit mobile app gallery (where all the clockfaces reside), you could use the link provided on the clockface page.

I'm going to have to search for it in the all faces. Funny I look at it all day long and can't remember exactly what it looks like - digital, VERY colorful and you can toggle between 2 pages to see all your stats. Sigh... And I've not been able to find a purchase confirmation in my email but I do have access to all my credit card statements so I can dig through those. I tried "chatting" with "Smyle" on Fitbit.com but got disconnected and now I can't even find the "chat" link. He/she said he/she didn't have access to any purchase I made. I am surprised they don't keep some kind of records. Anyway thanks for your help!

So I've found the face (it's called Colors) and there is a link to unlock it but it's asking for a "code" in addition to the email I used when I purchased it. Any suggestions??

I just chose one of the free clockfaces to try it out. I prefer the default clock face and want to go back to it, but now I only see four choices which don’t include the original default face. How can I find it? Thank you

@LWooten if you forgot the code you need to contact the developer directly. Find the clockface in the Fitbit mobile app, open the page and there should be Contact Developer link.

@Huha Open Fitbit mobile app, tap on Versa icon, then on Clocks, and go to All clocks. Fitbit originals will be listed on top. Just tap View All to see more.
