I purchased 3 different clock faces for my versa 2. My versa 2 died and was replaced under warranty. When I paired my new versa 2 to my Fitbit account the purchased clock faces are now gone. How do I get them back? Or am I out of luck? If I am out of luck Fitbit needs to put that disclaimer on the purchase (paid) clockface telling you the clock faces are tied to the Fitbit device not your Fitbit account.

@R_K_Bell2013 This isn't a guarantee. I haven't been in your situation. But please try the following steps. Tap on your profile picture then scroll down to Account Settings. There is a Restore Your Purchases option. There is a good chance that your new Versa 2 doesn't have the current firmware, which is v 35.72.1.9. You might need to wait until you get updated to the current firmware to restore your purchased clock faces. I am not sure about this part. But sometimes you need the current firmware to download a new app or clock face.

Thank you. I have version 72.1.19. The restore purchases did nothing. I will look at Fitbit help to see if they have more info.
