@Kangan Welcome! If someone else is going to be using your Charge 2, then remove it from your Fitbit account inside the app and unpair it from your phone. Then whoever you give your Charge 2 to needs to set it up as a new device. The data that your Charge 2 stored while you were using it will be deleted and she/he can start using it.

touch the index card in the upper right of your mobile fitbit screen.
touch the picture of your charge 2
scroll down to remove this device
It no longer adds to your history account.
Gift the Charge 2 and have them navigate to fitbit.com/setup on their mobiles browser, using the "new user" dialog have them add the charge 2 to a new account they create with an email address they have ready access to. A little residual history will be duplicated (charge 2 stores about a week of data) but history beyond that remains private on your account.
To start them at zero, let the charge 2 idle on a solid surface for a couple of weeks before gifting it.
