How fast or slow is the process? I sent it out Saturday. I can not really track it because with the label they supply it was delivered Monday to an agent (I assume FedEx) And I do not have that tracking number. Anyway. Do they notify you when they receive the watch? when they ship another out? I feel like I wonder if I will even get my replacement. I am so upset with this whole process!

@Hchampaggne Unfortunately, it's 3-5 weeks. Support will tell you that it could take up to a week for them to receive it back, but that's if you give your return to FedEx. I gave my return to USPS and it sat at the Post Office in town for almost a week before they handed it to FedEx. Then FedEx took over a week to deliver it. Then they give themselves 5 days to ship your replacement. Then, it could take probably up to 2 weeks to get back to you. Mine took 10 days from their warehouse in the midwest to me on the west coast. If you're a squeaky wheel, you might be able to convince them to expedite.

@Hchampaggne Yeah, it's really terrible. I would guess that you could save that initial week by giving it to FedEx rather than USPS, even just a dropbox, but they won't tell you that.

We're in the process right now. The shipping label that they send you is for the slowest possible shipping method. Once it finally gets to the warehouse (confirmed by tracking) give them another week to determine that it's there. Then they NEED another week to get a tracker processed for replacement. I'm assuming that the return shipment will also be the slowest possible. I should have bought from bestbuy or i should have bought from a different company. This is ridiculous.

@Hchampaggne The SmartPost label they send allows you to drop off either at FedEx or USPS. USPS just hands it off to FedEx (apparently after almost a week), who walks it from there to their warehouse. When they ship back to you, FedEx walks it to your local USPS, who then delivers it to you. It is literally the slowest boat. If they used the equivalent UPS service, UPS usually delivers themselves, to at least save a couple days.

My label was only USPS. I didnt have an option. Although I took it to my local Shipping store, I think it was picked up Monday by FedEx So I may be in luck in that regard. Because she deals with Fed Ex too

@Hchampaggne Also, once you get your replacement "pebble," if you can't attach bands to it, it's not you, they have a bunch of defective replacements. Call them and they should send you another replacement overnight. Which may or may not have the same defect.

@Hchampaggne Don't worry! Just hold Fitbit accountable and don't let them gaslight you. Honestly, I love my Versa. And it wakes me up all night. So what does that say about me?
