Hi,

 

I am currently having an issue with the Fitbit Versa.

 

I know the Quick Reply feature has been released, however, when I try to set it up using the Fitbit app on my Google Pixel XL, there is no Quick Replies option...

 

I wondered if any of you are having the same issues, and have a fix?

Did you guys update your watch firmware to 32.32.10.20? If you're not updated, you won't have any quick reply ability in the fitbit app no matter what phone you have 😉- it's firmware related.

I agree.  I am having the same issue with my Pixel.  Shouldn't this be available to us now?

You have to force update by factory resetting your Versa. Follow the instructions in my long post here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa/Versa-Firmware-Release-32-32-10-15/td-p/2690045/page/11
