I have an Android, I just got my versa 3 and I can't do quick replies, I use my default messaging app. I've done everything I've seen online to do and contacted customer support several times but they don't listen and won't help me. I feel like I've adjusted all my settings appropriately and I have my Bluetooth on, app running in the background and everything. All I see when I get a text is the option to mark it as read, open the message app on my phone or clear the notification. Has anyone else had this issue and found a way to fix it?

@BrennaD As suggested above, please make sure that your OnePlus 9 Pro meets the requirements listed here.
Also, please make sure you've followed the tips and recommendations I suggested in my previous response.

Hi there, @BrennaD. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
Apps that allow you to reply to a message directly from the notification on your Android phone also support quick replies on your Fitbit device. This includes, but isn’t limited to, apps such as:
For more information, see How do I respond to messages with my Fitbit device?
If the issue persists, may I know if you're getting any error message in the Fitbit app regarding the notifications not working? If so, what does it say?
On a side note, please know that since you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?
If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and let the notifications work as they should. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.
