Hello @Terri321

I believe your asking about quick replies. (I apologize if I’m wrong) There are certain Apps that allow you to reply to a message directly from the notification on your Android phone also support quick replies on your Fitbit Charge 3. This includes, but isn’t limited to, apps such as:

  • Text messages
  • Twitter
  • Facebook Messenger
  • Line

To enable Quick Replies for the Fitbit app, make sure that these settings are correct: Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture, scroll down to and tap Charge 3. Next scroll down to and tap notifications then tap App notifications. Make sure your desired Apps are enabled. 😃I hope this might be what your looking for and provided you with an answer. Please let me know

Hi there, @Terri321. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Devices paired to an iPhone or Windows 10 phone can only respond to Fitbit app notifications, such as messages, cheers, taunts, and friend requests. For more information, see How do I respond to messages with my Fitbit device?

Please know that at this moment such a  feature is not currently planned for our iOS users just as stated on this feature suggestion: Quick Replies for iOS Devices. However, even though the current status is Not currently planned, this doesn't mean that we are not reviewing the feedback we receive from our iOS users, therefore, I suggest you to participate there, leave your comments and a vote. We look forward to reviewing your input.

@MarreFitbit the fact that the feature is not planned for iOS users it is because of limitation of Apple mobile.platform. Hence Fitbit can keep the suggestion open.for vote as long as it wants but if Apple doesn't change its obstructive policy there is not much to do. Don't take the blame when not deserved and concentrate your efforts to solve the bugs you are directly responsible for.
