Hi, my versa lite will not send quick replies when I am receiving a text. The text comes up on the watch and when I click on a quick reply it says 'message is on its way' but it never sends. This worked last week for 1 text and hasn't since, I haven't changed any settings. I
have a galaxy a70. And I've already tried turning the Bluetooth on and off and the watch itself. Thanks

Hi there @MDani, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out.
Before anything else, please note that your Galaxy A70 is not yet officially supported by the Fitbit app which would explain the issues you're having. To see the list of our supported devices, go here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
