Hi there @Jayhuezo, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for reporting that Quick Replies on your Versa Lite aren't working, I'll be glad to help you with this.

First of all, please note that this feature is currently available on devices paired to an Android phone. Devices paired to an iPhone or Windows 10 phone can only respond to Fitbit app notifications, such as messages, cheers, taunts, and friend requests.

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa Lite by following these instructions: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Quick replies are automatically turned on for any supported apps that send notifications from your phone to your Fitbit device. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

To receive and respond to messages from your device, your phone must be nearby with Bluetooth turned on and the Fitbit app running in the background.

When you receive a notification from your phone, your device vibrates. To respond with a quick reply:

  1. Tap the notification on your device. To see recent notifications, swipe down from the top of the screen.
  2. Tap Reply or Replies. If you don’t see an option to reply to the message, quick replies aren’t available for the app that sent the notification.
  3. Choose a text reply from the list of quick replies or tap the emoji icon to choose an emoji. Tap More replies or More emojis to see additional options.

Apps that allow you to reply to a message directly from the notification on your Android phone also support quick replies on your Fitbit device. This includes, but isn’t limited to, apps such as:

  • Text messages
  • Twitter
  • Facebook Messenger
  • Line

Hope this helps, let me know if you need further assistance with your Quick Replies feature, I'll be around.

Hi there @Jayhuezo, thanks for getting back and for the update.

May I know the model of your mobile phone and its current OS? Are you getting any error message when using Quick replies?

In the meantime, I'd suggest setting up your notifications again. In order to do so, do the following:

  1. Tell your phone to "forget" the Bluetooth connection to your Fitbit device:
    1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth.
    2. Tap the information icon or gear icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
    3. Find the option to forget the device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and set up notifications again, then sync your Fitbit device.
