Quick replies not showing up on Versa.

I have been reading this form for two days now trying everything, and I say everything that was suggested and still nothing my fitbit versa firmware is .15 and I have blade zte android phone. I have downloaded push apps, new messaging apps and not matter what that option to do short reply is not working please assist.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for letting us know about this situation. Keep in mind that in order to use quick replies your phone should be running Android 7.0 (Nougat) or later. If you're phone is running a previous version of Android you won't be able to set up Quick Replies, so I would like to suggest you to update the OS if it's possible. Additionally, check that your phone is listed as a compatible device, as this might also influence in some of the functionality of this feature.

Hello I am using a 7.1.1 for my android. I called fitbit and they said you need a 8.0 to run. I have to different stories and don't know what to belive or do. Please advise!

I am using fit bit versa with my i phone 7 and in my fitbit app quick rply option is not working what should i do

@Rajatgarg I'm afraid the quick reply function currently only works with Android phones.
