Quick replies not working on my Versa 2

Hi so when I do a quick reply on a social media app it says it's sending but when I go on it I don't see it.

If you haven't done it already, please restart your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these instructions.

 

Please make sure to follow this guide when setting up and using quick replies on your watch.

 

Whether you continue experiencing the same problem, you can set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
