Quick settings option missing on my fitbit versa special edition

Quick settings option missing on my fitbit versa special edition.

Also would like to highlight that I am seeing a dot on right side of screen. Is this some sensor?

Please help how to get quick settings

In order to check it is not a temporary problem best to charge the watch and restart it

Shut down the watch

[ Swipe left, Settings,

at the bottom, About,

at the bottom, Shutdown]

wait a minute

Start the watch

[Hold the button till it vibrates or logo appears]

Wait for the clock to reappear.

Done. Still no where i can see quick settings options/menu.

Are you pulling down from the very top of your watch twice.

Once to see your messages and again to get to quick settings?

Yes .. but post pulling it just shows notification and no quick settings options.

I tried twice thrice many times

Also can you verify the version of firmware in your Versa

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Version at the top

or

On the watch

Swipe left

Settings

Scroll to the bottom

Click About

That version is incredibly old and didn't have the feature way back then.

See Latest Firmware list

That version for OS 3.0 was announced in 2018.

If you are happy with the watch otherwise, and aren't experiencing any issues, probably stick with it. Definitely at the moment.

Thanks. Is there any option by which i can upgrade the firmware version to latest one as I am not seeing any update currently

Unless there is a problem don't upgrade but if you want new features [and problems] contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

You can't choose to upgrade even though the option is there.

Thanks. I did a factory reset and the version got upgraded and also i have started seeing more features including Quick Settings:

With the older versions, quick view was accesses with a swipe from left to right, the later by holding in the button.

Once you pull the screen down the second time press the two white marks. Thats quick settings.  It doesn’t say quick settings anywhere.

Resolved..

Did factory reset and many new features got visible along with quick settings
