Quick view is having trouble working on my Versa.

My Versai wll not show the face unless I tap 3 to 10 times on face if I rotate my wrist several time it does not show face at all

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for having shared your experience with us. At this moment I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, go to the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Versa > Wrist and check that if you're using the Versa in your dominant hand, "Dominant" has been selected. The same applies to your other wrist. Monitor your Versa after this and let us know how it goes.
