It keeps saying that there is no internet connection but my internet is on and fine. Today it would be sync for the whole day. I have to keep signing into the internet on my app but it doesnt stay connected for long. This is pretty frustrating considering you pay a lot for this watch.

Not sure this should be marked as 'solved' when it's still not working, regardless of whether it is a server problem or not.

Hi @Yulchikmos - I don't think it's resolved yet but I was advised that it has been escalated to their engineering team so hopefully it'll be sorted soon!

I used a clock that's now not working. The Fitbit tells me to use the mobile app, but the app isn't showing me any clocks at all. It's calling my Fitbit "your undefined". Now I can't access any feature on my Fitbit because of the clock error screen. Useless!

I'm in the UK and was having the same problem with the "Clock Face" error. Thought it was just me until I looked here. I was finally able to get the clock to work, but I still seem to be having trouble with apps and connecting to WiFi. Hopefully they will sort the issue out soon. I was browsing another Fitbit Community thread on the same issue and learned there that Fitbit is supposedly working to resolve the issue.

I bought my Fitbit Versa yesterday and was also experiencing the "Clock Error" issue right out of the box. I was finally able to get the clock sorted. (Don't ask me how; I just tried for the 56th time and it magically worked.) So my Versa is basically functioning now, but I still seem to be having trouble with apps with WiFi connectivity. I am in the UK.

It is only a temporary software/server issue. I am disappointed, but expect it to be solved soon. Wouldn't return the device I bought today based on its specs and looks just because of a temporary issue...

How did you get the clock problem to work again? As far as I know there is no solution out yet.
