I really wish I could tell ya, @Versa-Owner. I just kept trying it, and it eventually worked. Sorry, I know that's not very helpful.

Fitbit apps and clock faces are unavailable for download on my device. I'm running Android on  a Google Pixel. WiFi working, and bluetooth  all connected. Cannot switch from my current clock face or manage apps. Any updates? How should I report this?

On a Versa? I've had this for less than a week. Not impressed.

My partner and I have been having the same problem since last night. No watch faces or apps at all just saying clock error. Very frustrating. I've uninstalled the watch, the app, everything and nothing works.

I guess they need to update their app on iOS.  Not only the watchface even the apps all in blank.  Once it showed " cannot connect to the Fitbit Server"  So I think that's their  technique problem.  Only can WAITMan Sad

Same with me. Received a new Ionic this morning and it will only show Clock Error and it tells you to go to the mobile app to pick a new clock face and there a no clock faces. What's going on FitBit ?
