It’s not even just the new ones. I’ve had my ionic since January.  Everything is updated properly, and my watch face/app section says “choose a watch face for your undefined.” Seems to be an overall app problem

Since its a sudden and universal problem it must be a server error with so many adding new devices yesterday and today. At least the fitbit is still recording activity. I have the same problem at the moment.

Having the same problem! Reveided  my new versa yesterday, but cannot see clocks or apps in the fit bit app on my iPhone...

About to throw this stupid thing cannot get the clock faces to chose from. Brand new today paid 300 for it. I new I should of gone with the Apple Watch. Any idea how this problem can be fixed??

It seems as though everyone us having the same problem, looks like it's a problem with the app and not the watch itself

I'm just going by what I've read on this forum, no idea on when it will be fixed, but I'm sure they will have people working on it.

I have checked the app store and they don't have an update as of yet. I'm sure it shouldn't be long.

There seems to be a problem with Fitbit app. Same thing here with me.

Got my versa today never got further than this error spent hour online with support who said they have to refer me up. Pretty pissed off. Theres nothing in the clocks icon in the app to do anything?! Is there a way to fix it yet?

I got a Versa this afternoon from the store and all it comes up with is clock error. When I try to select a different clock face through the app, nothing comes up. Regretting not getting the iWatch now 🙄😭

I keep getting error message on my brand new Versa Clock Error, so I go to app and cannot get a clock face to come up. Have unistalled it too many times....HELP!!!!

I don’t even get any faces to choose from I regret it too should of gone the Apple Watch **ahem** it. I feel like sending it back surely they would have to refund us our money if we can’t even use it.

@SunsetRunner they've been having issues with the App this week - within a week we had a day without sleep tracking, another day without hourly activity working and now it's this. The Versa works completely fine, it syncs and everything. Patience is a virtue!! Smiley Very Happy They usually fix stuff within a day or two and this seems to be an internet issue on their end. Smiley Sad

I only just bought my watch yesterday and managed to set up my clock face before this all happened. But I have noticed some sync issues too

It’s so frustrating I’m gunna send it back I think I’m done with it. How can they release a new product and not have all this stuff worked out!
