With mine I have 30 days since purchased to return it and get money back. So it having issues frustrates me because I have limited time.

If the watch was prime and it hasn't been over the amount of time. You would have to check your Amazon account.

Why is that?

I have a new fitbit! It wont set up the clock face or apps, so haven’t been able to use it. How long is this issue going to last and is it common to have these issues with fitbits?

I've only had the watch for a day and it's been like this ever since. Would like someone from fitbit to talk to tbh

There should be a recall on this device!

I'm not okay with spending this amount on a device that goes poof whenever the servers are in a mood. There MUST be a fallback mechanism. There MUST be something to fall back to, like a default watch face. There MUST be internet-free timekeeping, sync or no sync.

This device is a colossal failure.

Well, I just had it for less than a day and I must say that it sure seems pretty crappy to me that functionality, wondering if they will fix it before I return it. I was away from the smart watch market since the Sony SW 2, never I´ve seen push me to get a new one, but this one seemed like a good thing, but with that problem I no longer think this will be very great, I mean, if it even cant hold a clock face and keep working without the fitbit servers, I´m not even saying the smartphone. I think we should all return them to make them feel the pain at their wallets and work extra hard to change what to our eyes is a very pretty big fault

Not working for me. My watch is bricked, I can't even get into settings to factory reset it.

I just want to note that if you've already downloaded a clock face prior to the server issue, you should be fine. It's just that people who are just setting up their watch cannot access the server to get to the faces and install one.

Mine is working now.

I find it amazing that everybody is ready to run for the hills and return their device for a 12 hour server outage.

I have just spent £200 on a device I cannot set up! Seriously?!

The apps open and seem to be working ok. But my clock doesn’t open on “my clock”. Keep showing Visit the Clocks gallery to pick a Clock, but I have a clock chosen already. Anyway, my clock gallery opens. So that’s good.

Did you need to reset the app, watch or your phone to have the error message go away?
