I can see yours isn’t connected from your photo .

look at the logo of the watch on your photo above the battery sign there a grey thing (it’s got a dot with lines) that should be green or blue.

Ive put a pic of mine below so you can see

Thanks although I don’t think a phone call is going to do anything different than talking to someone over chat. I’ve constantly been chatting with Fitbit and emailing too. I don’t really have time or the patience to talk to someone over the phone either.

Were you not having syncing issues? Just notification issues? I mean I’m having those issues too I think because of my connection/syncing issues. What else did you do besides uninstall and reinstall? Because I did that and it didn’t help.

It was something @pmversa was experiencing issues with and It’s an issue I’m having as I don’t get periodical syncs throughout the day. Even though I have all day syn on and my internet a Bluetooth are on  #anotherannoyingfactor #great

You posted this quite a few times so I already saw it, but that’s great! Were you having syncing issues too or only notification issues?

I just tried again to uninstall and reinstall etc and now all notifications
are coming thru to the Versa. Since Fitbit claims to have fixed the
issue..... try one more time to uninstall everything and reinstall it.
Unpair and then pair the device again. And see if this works for you.
Good luck.
