having similar problem. Just finished setup. No clock coming up, no apps. Even the fitbit app on mobile is showing no clocks and apps

I've done everything you've said except the factory reset. Waiting to get near to a charger to try that.

So it seems that that this is a problem only starter today?

$200 for a Versa and all I want to do is threw it into a garbage disposal. I am being reminded as to why I was so anti-fitbit.

They really need to jump on this. I think it is a problem with the app because Mines been working fine up until this point. I’ve done all proper troubleshooting and still nothing. Maybe a new Fitbit app update will fix it? Not sure. Well have to wait and see😒

Bought mine yesterday, got this issue today. Android. Extremely disappointed.

 

And as others have mentioned, wth do we need to sync a clock face, why not load in into the clock and load it from there?
