Just tried to set up a new Versa. ‘Clock error’ - very disappointed! Will give them 48-hrs before returning it for a refund.

Same problem for me. It would be nice if their on line tech support people would start with that instead of going through a series of time wasting steps.

Did they give an indication of when it will be fixed?

The same issue has been raised on the Ionic forums so this is not likely Versa specific. Likely a server issue that will be rectified by Fitbit at some point.

No I don’t see your post. What’s it say?

Don’t think the issues are with the devices. I’m using an iPhone8 so it seems all are impacted iOS and Android.

Mine has done the exact same... It just shows as undefined in the clock and app store. I spoke to support and after an hour they said to exchange it for a new one which I am trying.
Although, I still get all the sync issues with my Oneplus 3T as well which I bet won't be fixed for ages. I got an email from support today and they said they are aware and a fix is in the works but they couldn't give a date...

Last support chat (about an hour ago) suggested I check back tomorrow when asking for a time frame on when the issue will be resolved. 😕

When its something server related these things usually take a few hours to resolve. They have to get to the route of the issue before rolling out any fixes. The watches and apps are still syncing with each other so your stats are all being tracked.
I imagine it will all be up again quite soon.

I've been having the same problem since yesterday !!! Disappointed, how can they launch a clock with so many system problems, should not they have solved this before we buy ???
