Fitbit Update 04/25/18: We have rolled out a fix and all Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic users should now be able to use their devices normally. If you continue to encounter difficulty with syncing or setup, please consult these help resources:

Sorry your having a problem!  From what “I” can tell, this isn’t a Versa problem.  I know Fitbit is working to fix this quickly and we’ll get past this. Thanks!

Same issue here.  I was using a free trial of a paid watch face.  And it expired, so I paid for it and now I can't access the watch face so literally my watch is stuck on the "24 Hour Trial is Over".  Ugh.

Do you get notifications on your pixel? I only gwt Gmail and phone calls. Texts don't work and ha gihts are sporadic. Thanks. ( I have a pixel 1)

I called Fitbit customer service because I’m having the same issue. They are aware of the situation with the app and are working on getting it fixed. I was told it could take a couple hours or maybe even until tomorrow.

Just I bought ionic Adidas. The same clock error. Is there a problem to fitbit server?

I got my Versa at the weekend and was loving it but today have been having the same issues as a lot of other people it seems. I'm on Iphone X and no clock face gallery. Hopefully the server issue will be sorted soon and then we can be back to enjoying our new purchases.

I was having the same issue, except the watch face I have was trying to get me to buy it and I couldn't change it back to a standard watch face!  It would only show me the code to enter on their website to buy it.  I wasn't too happy when it woke me up to notify me I had to buy a watch face at 11:30pm!  I had my phone on do not disturb and I was a little annoyed the Fitbit went off.  To make matters worse, my Fitbit didn't go off at the time the alarm was set for because I had to enter the pin!

I’m having the exact same problem. It worked once, but the clock face isn’t what I want. Now I’m stuck with it until they fix this app issue

Any insight on how to fix it or do we just have to wait for them to fix the issue?

Try connecting to WiFi and make sure to go into the Fitbit app and connect the device to the network as well. Then place in charger. Worked for me. Good luck. May have just been a fluke but it was an instant change for me.

I am using iOS and in Android with the same problem....it sounds the apps problem (not our problem).  They must have something wrong after the update.  Why in the community no support from Fitbit?  At least someone let us know what happening!

Same problem with me, I have tried everything u can think of, and my watch is not even giving me my notifications from my phone. I'm very disappointed with the Versa. I still have my Fitbit charge. I'm thinking of going back to using it.
