I hope this gets a permanant fix for the versa.It seems fitbit has neen having this problem with other models for years.

That is how I am feeling. I have been online searching different products in the thought of returning mine but overall I can not seem to find one that has all the features I want that Versa is offering. It is still very! frustrating that this is happening. Hopefully this is a one time glitch in the system. (I have until mid May to return my device if it keeps happening).

I too have thought of returning it. I’ve tossed around the idea of a Garmin but they don’t have as many features from what I saw.

She did inform me they are doing their best to reply to all emails and so forth with everyones concern... yes an explanation would be great for sure... call customer service, she did answer allot of my questions and concerns.. 1-877-623-4997

I just received my Versa and I'm having similar problems getting it to set up.  I have tried all of the recommendations regarding restarting the Fitbit, my iPhone, deleting and re downloading the app again, etc.  Nothing is working.  The set up is stuck on the screen saying "connecting to tracker."  Needless to say,  I am completely frustrated after working on this for over an hour, and I'm ready to return it.  Exactly how long should it be saying "connecting to tracker"?  Should't the Fitbit show up in my bluetooth devices right away?  It doesn't, and I'm not sure if that's an issue with the this particular Fitbit (meaning, mine is bad), or if it won't show up as a bluetooth connected device after the setup completes.  In any case, I'm seriously ready to return and by an Apple Watch unless there is some magic fix.  The lower cost compared to an Apple Watch doesn't appear to be worth it for all of this aggravation. 😞

Have spent the last hour trying to set this up without success.  Will send this back if this cannot be remedied.

Will likely return tomorrow if this is not fixed. It's a lot of money for something I've had - and hasn't worked as expected - for a full 24 hours!

That's why it would be much better if they posted an official announcement on the site or something. I'm sure they don't want everybody starting to call and mailing them and having to reply on every single message separately.

Ive just got my new fitbit versa and it wont let me use it as i can get the clocks to work or anything to work on the App i verry angry all that money i should of got an iwatch

Did the same. I think maybe their server is overloaded by all of the new Versa owners testing new clock faces 8-)

I bought my versa brand new yesterday and can't set it up because apps and clock faces won' t load. Can't even set up the weather on my watch. If they don't fix it soon I will be returning mine as well.
