I’m on to my 2nd Versa in less than 12 Months. First died. Replaced it and 2 days later the calories aren’t tracking again. INFURIATING. Just completed a 75 minute run and the calories didn’t sync or record accurately. I want my money back,

Hi, Iknoe this is very frustrating and makes you angry, nevetheless: contact Customer Support and see/ negotiate about it.

I’m seriously thinking about ditching mine and going to Apple. I had friends using Fitbit but now they are history. So yeah I may look into dumping mine.
