RHR 2 pts higher than sleeping HR

Woke up this morning and synced within 10 minutes. My sleeping HR was 74 (I was 71% below RHR during sleep). However the dashboard is claiming my RHR is 76 - up a point from yesterday and TWO above my sleeping HR.

Don't know why it thinks my RHR is two full points higher than what my sleeping was. I continued to have an average HR of under 72 for about 30 minutes after waking, yet it remains stubbornly at 76. This is inaccurate and misleading data.

Anyone else?

Resting heart rate is not about your sleeping heartrate. But more about your recovery heart rate while resting during the day.

Let's look at the FAQ.

I had just woken up. There was no recovery heart rate to track during the day yet.
