Bought my Versa in December 2018 and it worked fine until suddenly a few weeks ago it started giving me a constant very high heart rate. I woke up one morning already having 100 active minutes because it was showing such a high heart rate. Needless to say, that skewed all my other stats and then everything was off for the day. There’s no way in hell I was burning over 5000 cal when I have a desk job!
Next my battery started to drain faster. I used to only have to charge my versa about every five days. Then it was two days. So I turned off my heart rate function, which didn’t stop the battery from draining as the battery then would only last less than 24 hours to go from 100% to 0% and powered off.
I got out my old Fitbit charge 2 and decided to use it for a bit. Well now when I went to charge my versa and try it again it will not even power on. I just had it on the charger so it’s not that the battery is dead.
No I have never used a third party clock face.
This is is really a sad situation that Fitbit should address for their customers. This is obviously the second Fitbit I’ve purchased but I’m thinking this was a mistake

If you bought it December 2018, it's under warranty. Have you contacted support? I would have been in chat support at the first sign of issues.

Oh they are well aware of the issues and don’t have a solution yet. It’s apparently a common problem

I did their battery test and got a replacement. And mine was lasting a couple days with extras turned off. If you're not happy with support, try again. I find support varies. Seems to depend who you get.
