Raise to Wake Slow- model comparison ?

I’ve never had a Fitbit before, and just got the Versa yesterday.  I’ve found the raise to wake feature to require me to crank my arm into a slightly uncomfortable position (one that isn’t a natural-watch-checking position for me. Wrist fully turned, with some speed. If I do it slowly or start with my wrist partially turned already it doesn’t come on) and the delay is about 3/4 of a second for the screen to come on.

I need to check my watch frequently at work, typically when I'm using my other hand or multitasking, and the delay/position is frustrating.

just wanting to ask those of you who have had other models- is the delay/positioning about the same? Are others more sensitive? Fitbit staff, is there an update to increase the sensitivity coming anytime soon?

I’m considering either changing models or returning this one.

@hawkgirl00 I've had several Fitbit trackers over the years and they're pretty much the same. Perhaps, when you start from a partial turn, try adding a little vigorous finish to the twist of your wrist. I'm afraid it's as good as it gets. Other wise it would come on with any type of movement, especially while asleep.
