Hi @Dan13ll3 , if you updated to iOS13 on your iPhone, see the warning on top of the Customer Support page regarding this issue. Regards kuzibri

Iv went through all the troubleshooting steps multiple times, disconnected my Fitbit and reconnected and deleted the app and re-downloaded. Is there anything else can be done ?

The only thing I can advice at this moment: be patient and wait untill Fitbit solved this problem, caused by Apple itself cause they changed the rules regarding handling notifications without informing Fitbit about it. that's also the reason why this fix is not ready yet. Regards kuzibri

@SunsetRunner Thanks for your response but is there a time frame for this as I’m reluctant to keep a product that isn’t working correctly? When the fault is been fixed will we be notified?

Hi @Dan13ll3 , to my knowledge there is no timeframe, maybe the tech guys know. I do not know if Fitbit will notify us when it's definitely fixed, but just check daily the warning on top of the Support page and/or Home page of the Versa community. Regards kuzibri

Hi @MinaJ525 , unfortunately some Android users (mainly Samsung owners according to me) also have notification problems, but that has something to do with the new Firmware update to 70.7.14. Fitbit is aware of the problem and working on a fix. Timeframe unknown AFAIK. Regards kuzibri
